1. Who we are
Falls and Beyond ("we", "us", "our") operates a website that lets travellers browse and submit booking enquiries for accommodation, activities, tours and transfers around Victoria Falls, offered by independent local tourism operators ("operators", "partners"). By using this site or submitting a booking request, you ("you", "the customer") agree to these terms.
2. What we are — and what we're not
Falls and Beyond is a booking agent, not the provider of the activities, tours, transfers or accommodation listed on this site. Each listing is offered and fulfilled by an independent operator. We help you discover and enquire about their offerings, and we coordinate between you and the operator, but the operator is responsible for actually delivering the experience you booked.
3. Booking process
Submitting a booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We check availability with the relevant operator and confirm it with you once they've responded. Until you receive a confirmation, no booking is guaranteed, and you should not make non-refundable travel arrangements that depend on it.
Prices shown are per the information provided by each operator at the time of listing and are estimates until confirmed. Park, government, visa and similar fees are shown separately where known, are payable directly by you (usually to the operator or at the point of entry), and are not included in the total shown on this site unless stated otherwise.
4. Changes and cancellations
You can request a change or cancellation from your booking's status page at any time. This is also a request, not an automatic change — we'll confirm what's possible with the operator and reply to you. Cancellation terms (refunds, notice periods, fees) are set by each operator and, where available, shown on the relevant product page; in the absence of a stated policy, standard reasonable industry practice and the operator's own terms apply.
5. Payments
Falls and Beyond does not currently process online payments. Payment arrangements (amount, method, timing) are agreed directly between you and the operator unless stated otherwise on a specific listing. We never ask for or store your card details.
6. Your information
We collect and use your personal information as described in our privacy policy, including sharing your booking details with the relevant operator so they can fulfil your request.
7. Liability
Activities offered through this site, including adventure activities, carry inherent risk. Each operator is responsible for the safe and lawful delivery of their own product, including any required safety briefings, equipment and insurance. To the extent permitted by law, Falls and Beyond is not liable for the acts, omissions, or safety practices of any operator, or for loss, injury or damage arising from an activity, tour, transfer or stay booked through this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate booking information, not to use this site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your own country of residence.
